Nature of Services: AdFiCard is a SaaS Middleware Provider, not a bank, credit union, or a licensed money transmitter. We provide technical infrastructure and software interfaces through AdBridge that allow users to access virtual payment cards issued by regulated third-party financial institutions and issuers. AdFiCard does not provide banking services as defined under the BVI Banks and Trust Companies Act or similar US federal laws.

Card Issuance: All virtual cards are issued by our regulated third-party partners. These partners are the actual issuers of the payment instruments. AdFiCard facilitates the management and funding of these cards via digital asset rails.

Digital Asset Risk: Digital assets, including USDT and USDC, are not legal tender and are not backed by any government. Transactions involving digital assets carry risks, including market volatility and regulatory changes. AdFiCard is not responsible for losses resulting from blockchain failures or stablecoin de-pegging.

Advertising Platforms: AdFiCard provides payment infrastructure for digital advertising. We have no affiliation with, and are not endorsed by, Meta, Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn. We do not guarantee the performance or longevity of any third-party advertising accounts.
