• Business Data: Company registration documents, UBO information, and business address for KYB.
• Digital Asset Data: Public wallet addresses for USDT and USDC, transaction hashes, and deposit history.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns on the AdBridge dashboard.
• Card Usage Data: Transaction amounts, merchant names, and timestamps. We do not store full PAN or CVV data; these are fetched in real time from our issuers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Provision: To create and manage your account and facilitate virtual card issuance.
• Compliance: To perform mandatory AML and CTF screenings.
• Risk Management: To detect and prevent fraudulent burn-and-run activities or system abuse.
• Communication: To send technical alerts, security updates, and administrative messages.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties in the following strictly controlled scenarios:

• Regulated Issuers: Shared with third-party financial institutions and card issuers to facilitate banking rails and card generation.
• Compliance Vendors: Shared with professional KYC, KYB, and AML screening providers such as Sumsub, Veriff, or similar providers.
• Legal Necessity: Shared if required by law, subpoena, or a government authority within the BVI or other relevant jurisdictions.
• Corporate Structure: Shared between our BVI holding entity and our US operational hub for administrative purposes.

4. Data Security & Storage

• Encryption: AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS / SSL for data in transit.
• Pessimistic Access: Sensitive user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• Jurisdiction: Data may be stored on secured cloud servers in the United States, Singapore, or the European Union under the legal umbrella of ADFI GLOBAL LTD in the BVI.

5. Data Retention

Under BVI financial regulations, we are required to retain KYC and transaction records for at least five to seven years after the termination of the business relationship to comply with audit and AML requirements.

• Request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
